This means I want to make fitness as accessible as it can possibly be. I really believe, as it is at the moment, the fitness industry excludes so many of us at different times in our lives. This is why I help women to realise they can move their bodies in any way they want and feel confident about it.

I feel very strongly that women should not be made to feel uncomfortable in their bodies. We have it within us to feel strong, powerful, supported and connected.

I have 3 years of working with a wide range of women in the Personal Training capacity and 8 years experiences of working with teens and younger through my previous teaching career. I know that whatever stage you’re at in life, I can help guide you through those changes you see in your body, finding your confidence and strength leaving you feeling empowered and unshakable.
