Thrive is the 4 month training programme where I’m spilling the tea on exactly how I coach which will take you from confused, overwhelmed and time poor to complete ownership of your life, your time and your energy! Together we’ll create your personalised Body Blueprint and you’ll master all the tools you need to realise and embody the life you want and the woman you want to be.

Psst- it’s not as complicated as the diet and fitness industries want you to believe.

Over 4 months we’ll be focusing on;

 

Module 1 – Main Character Energy

 

I’ll be guiding you through the Future You method so that you feel clear and focused on your goals. Then we’ll go deeper into this process, mapping out exactly where your headed and how you can get there, where to call in support and how to stay self motivated. We’ll be shifting your energy into the person who puts in place one degree-action every single day so that by the end of module one those habits will lead to bigger outcomes for your health, your fitness and your entire life.

 

Module 2 – What is your body telling you?

Get ready to create the toolkit that not only will have you speaking to yourself like you’re your own best friend but also understanding which choices actually align with the life you want to have, for example saying no when socialising isn’t right, and yes to a walk with a mate when it’s needed. When you embody the woman that puts her own needs first, meeting those basic needs such as hydration and rest as standard, you will step into your strength physically, mentally and be unshakable in knowing your worth.

 

Module 3 – Understanding your energy

You do realise that your energy is different every single day of the month right? It’s time to finally work with that instead of punishing yourself for it. Tracking your cycle show you patterns in your energy levels, and we’ll work through triggers and calming methods that work and how exercise fits into this. Learn to plan your life accordingly tune into your body on a whole other level. 

 

Module 4 – Owning It

Taking action NOW and owning your life, isn’t about setting an arbitrary habit that you fall out of love with after 2 weeks. It’s about troubleshooting becoming a daily action, seeing where friction is happening in your life and taking immediate steps to make life feel easier, smoother and calm. This is the ease you deserve, every day!

The combination of the 4 modules and their content is tried and tested, the way I coach my clients shows them that they are the drivers of their own life- they learn to make all of the decisions, they choose to feel great in their body, they say a massive YES to everything they deserve. As a result they feel more organised, calmer, more present IN THEIR ACTUAL LIVES.

 

In my own life, I have made mistakes, delved into the scary parts and uncovered the BS so that you don’t have to! Instead we get to notice, evolve, grow and emerge TOGETHER, one step at a time, as a group and as YOU!

Because 8 years ago I was turning 30, very pregnant and so confused about what I wanted in my life. Shortly after the birth of my son, I was lost. Only there was no map, and what felt like no support.


Over the past 8 years the way I see my body has changed, it’s no longer my enemy but my support system. By knowing it better, understanding how it works, I have been able to grow into that regulated woman.

 

I’ve learned to trust myself but also to seek and trust help. I’ve learned to do whatever the hell I want and know that it’s not only allowed but should be celebrated! I felt in my gut that my body was worth more, but I didn’t have the guidance or sisterhood to really support me. I’ve learned from the numerous women I’ve worked with that most of our stories are similar.

Online Training Plans – Through this you’ll not only learn how to perform specific exercises for your body but how to piece together workouts that suit your timeframe, equipment, body and experience with confidence so you’ll never find fitness confusing again.

 

Live Workouts – Bringing a bit of extra fun and accountability to the programme. I’ll create these based on what you want so speak up and enjoy movement as part of the team!

 

Telegram Group – Ah the sisterhood- this group part of the programme is essential in knowing that you are not the only one who feels the way you do and we can absolutely do this together for one another and for you!

 

Stronger Through Your Cycle – You’ll have full access to this resource, guiding you from zero knowledge to a cycle tracking queen, insight into why you feel the way you do and a deeper understanding of your body.

 

Pre-recorded workouts – By the end of 4 months you’ll have a wellbeing toolkit that you can call on every time you need support, this includes experiencing the different types of movement and how they meet your personal needs.
