It’s all about choices, tuning into your body and getting to know what it needs and choosing your movement based solely on you.
There are over 100 videos at present and growing weekly and these fall into a wide range of categories from short HIIT sessions to get you sweating to mini core and pelvic floor workouts to longer (never more than an hour) body weight or resistance training with technique breakdowns and again…. OPTIONS for each exercise! If you hate a burpee- there WILL be a version you like!
