An 8 week strength training series built to support your running, not hijack your life!
Designed for every body (yes even tired ones!) this series blends mobility, strength and momentum so you feel strong, steady and capable on every 5K start line- whether you’re there for a PB or the post-run coffee.
The workouts are pre recorded and include strength movements that will help your running feel easier and more comfortable.
This includes single leg strength, dynamic movements and core strength, building on pelvic floor strength and making sure you feel ready for running every time you step out.
