I’ve been training with Jules in Shrewsbury for almost 2 years. She first came to me with the loveliest little bump (Ada) and off we went. I’ve never had a trainer before and being post Meno, really needed help, both mentally and physically. Enjoying movement was our initial aim, as simple as that sounds, it was just what I needed.
From that 1st session Jules showed me how and why to move, and yes gave me homework! We then added a few goals, which were huge to me – walk the Wrekin, put a swim suit on, then cold water swim in said swimsuit, weight lift, and play on the floor with my little nieces. I’ve now ticked them all, and loving doing them all. With Jules help, support and guidance I have changed from a can’t do – to a can and will do, and will try anything now. Next goal, dead lift 60kgs!! Thanks Jules
Better focus on my particular issues, largely MS driven but not always, over and above broader physio routine I follow has really helped me see improvements in function, which improves motivation, mood..virtuous circle x Thanks Jules ♡♡♡

Since training with Jules I feel more confident in what my body is capable of. After having two kids, my body is different and the way I use it to exercise has to be different, but that’s fine and Jules has given me the skills and techniques to work with my body.
I never thought I would use a women’s personal trainer, but it was the best decision. Working with Jules to get me back in to exercise has given me back my confidence and made me feel so much more positive about my body. She’s always super flexible and understanding, and you can tell she genuinely loves working with women to improve their fitness and their understanding of their postnatal body. I would recommend Jules to anyone!
I was in a really bad place and decided that taking time to my self and moving my body would be really beneficial! I was postpartum (baby number 3) and had no motivation or clue where to start. I’m now feeling so much more confident in my body and so much happier in my self. Jules has encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone not just in exercise but in other areas of life, and it’s been transformational.
Honestly working with Jules was such a good move, she’s SO much more than a PT. And just gets it’s all, and always knows what you need on the day. She’s also a very good baby jiggler when needed and a very good listener.
