Strong Mums is a workout class for all bodies- throughout pregnancy and all the years afterwards!

Gain strength through whole body exercises (hello car seat!), deep core and pelvic floor alongside stretches and mobility to help you feel better TODAY and long term too.

Kids/babies are welcome but you’re also welcome without them!

Classes are held at Motum on Vanguard Way and can be booked pay-as-you-go or block book the full term.
