It’s also exclusively for women like you. Everything is tailored around you, your lifestyle, your body and experiences and centres around the Aluna Wellbeing Collective, where we move forward as a community, supporting, guiding, advising and celebrating each other.

 

My programmes are designed to create structure, whilst guiding you towards a lifestyle that feels sustainable. Where you are empowered to be completely and authentically you and take up all the space you want!

HOW WE DO IT

YOUR PERSONALISED TRAINING PROGRAMME

 

We will work together face to face, moving through a tailored, personalised training programme, to suit your goals and your lifestyle. Behind the scenes, you will be welcomed into The Wellbeing Collective where we set weekly intentions and celebrate each other’s wins, plus conversations around wellbeing, life hacks and personal experiences.

PERSONAL GOAL SETTING

 

I will also guide you through goal setting, these can be as large or small as you wish, but the focus will always remain on enhancing and celebrating you.

THE ALUNA COLLECTIVE

 

And, because I believe that connection and community are at the heart of what I offer, I invite you to regular gatherings of the Collective, sometimes simply for movement and chat, sometimes a little more outside of your comfort zone.

THE STRUCTURE

 

The programme is offered to you through different options, allowing access to all of the benefits in addition to either 2, 4, 6 or 8 face to face sessions each month. AND you are given free access to my online membership ‘Embody’ (worth £39/month) which can keep you moving in any way you wish to, between our one to one training.
