Strong Mums Classes- For the past 4 years I have ran mum and baby fitness classes, evolving to 2 x weekly classes in person, Strong Mums. The ethos behind these booked out classes sits firmly in supporting you, as a parent, to navigate your body now, ditch the comparisons and know your complete strength. This bootcamp continue the ethos further, offering you guidance, a cheer squad and the option to do this whenever it feel right for you.
